With GSF Mortgage, you are not required to produce a down payment before you begin living in your home.  We actually place you in your new home, and then every penny of your monthly housing costs goes toward the down payment for your home. We don’t credit you 10% of your payment. We don’t credit 25%, or 50%, or even 75%. We apply 100% of your monthly payments to your purchase. In essence, you pay nothing while living in your new dream home, waiting for your closing date.
